Eco-design & sustainable solutions
From the design phases, we prioritise reliable, durable technical solutions that are suited to the actual use of the machines. This eco-design approach aims to limit the overconsumption of resources, extend the lifespan of equipment, and facilitate their maintenance and evolution over time.
Renovation & modernisation
Rather than systematically replacing existing installations, we favour the renovation, upgrading, and compliance of machines. This approach significantly reduces the environmental footprint while providing our clients with an economically advantageous, high-performance solution that meets current requirements.
Circular economy & material reuse
When technically possible, we integrate the reuse of components, the enhancement of existing structures, and the optimisation of material resources. This circular economy logic helps to limit waste, reduce the consumption of raw materials, and give a second life to industrial equipment.
Transmission & Proximity
Know-how & Training
ICA places particular importance on the transmission of skills. We regularly welcome interns from industrial engineering schools, training in electromechanics, and secondary education, thus contributing to the training of future professionals in the industrial sector.
