A small business

At ICA, we design and manufacture bespoke industrial machinery, retrofits and automation solutions for industry. Every project is different. Every machine is unique.
We are a small-to-medium-sized enterprise where everyone knows one another, where communication is open and direct, and where ideas can come from anywhere: the workshop, the design office or the field.
The projects bring together mechanical engineers, automation engineers, electricians and engineers around a shared goal: to deliver a machine we can be proud of.

Candidates we are looking for
We are not necessarily looking to fill these positions immediately. However, we are always interested in hearing from motivated individuals who wish to get involved in practical industrial projects.
You participate in the assembly and fitting of special machines from technical plans.
MISSIONS
- Mechanical assembly and assembly of sub-assemblies
- Adjustments and fine-tuning
- Testing and validation of equipment
- Mainly workshop work, with occasional interventions at the client's site

- Knowledge of turning and milling
You participate in the assembly and fitting of special machines from technical plans.
MISSIONS
- Wiring of electrical cabinets
- Connection of sensors, motors, and actuators
- Reading electrical diagrams
- Commissioning and troubleshooting
- Interventions in the workshop and at the client's site
You design custom machines in close collaboration with the workshop and automation engineers.
MISSIONS
- Mechanical design and 3D modelling
- Creation of technical drawings
- Participation in technical choices
- Technical follow-up of projects
- Continuous improvement of developed solutions
You develop and commission automated systems integrated into ICA machines.
MISSIONS
- PLC programming and HMI interfaces
- Testing and performance optimisation
- Commissioning at the client's site
- Technical support and direct interaction with project teams
- Full participation in the machine lifecycle
