Successful industrial projects begin with solid engineering. Our design services transform your requirements, whether technical, operational, or regulatory, into practical and cost-effective solutions ready for production.

We combine our expertise in mechanical engineering, electrical design, and automation to create complete system designs. From initial feasibility studies to detailed CAD models and technical documentation, our designs incorporate compliance with safety standards, maintainability, and lifecycle costs from the outset.

Whether you are developing new equipment, automating existing processes, or modernising old machines, our team of engineers ensures that your project is technically sound, compliant, and optimised for long-term performance even before any components are ordered.

From the initial idea to detailed technical specifications

Comprehensive engineering services

Feasibility and design

Transform your requirements into viable technical solutions. We analyse the constraints, evaluate multiple approaches, and define the optimal architecture for your project. This includes preliminary cost estimates, risk assessments, and return on investment analysis to ensure the project's viability before any significant investment.

Detailed engineering & CAD

Comprehensive technical documentation ready for manufacturing. Our engineers produce detailed 3D models, assembly drawings, electrical diagrams and parts lists using industry-standard software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN). Every design is optimised for manufacturability and maintainability.

Compliance & safety design

Integrate regulatory compliance from day one. We design equipment that meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive, CE marking standards, and industry-specific regulations. This includes the design of safety systems, risk reduction measures, and the complete preparation of the technical file for certification.

Life-cycle cost optimisation

Design with a long-term value perspective, not just based on initial cost. We optimise the total cost of ownership by considering energy efficiency, maintenance accessibility, availability of spare parts, and upgrade possibilities. Our designs offer a balance between performance, cost, and durability throughout the equipment's lifecycle.

A proven methodology, refined through hundreds of successful projects

From concept to reality: our design process

I. Requirements and constraints
In-depth workshops to understand your technical requirements, production objectives, budget constraints and timeline. We document the functional specifications, regulatory requirements and success criteria.
II. Concept development
Generate and evaluate several design concepts. We present two to three viable approaches, accompanied by an analysis of the pros and cons, preliminary plans and cost estimates, to help you make informed decisions.
III. Detailed engineering
Develop the selected concept into comprehensive technical specifications. This includes 3D modelling, stress analysis, electrical design, control system architecture and material selection.
IV. Design review and validation
Structured design reviews with your team to validate functionality, compliance and feasibility. Includes a Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), a safety review and a cost review prior to finalisation.
V. Documentation
A complete set of technical documentation: manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, assembly instructions, test protocols and maintenance manuals. Ready for your suppliers or our manufacturing team.
VI. Support for implementation
Technical support during manufacture and installation. We resolve technical issues, approve the final assemblies and ensure that the equipment, as built, complies with the design specifications.
